I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I am undefined, I am just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned. Today is where my book begins. The rest is still unwritten.

Muse - Starlight
My first post for June. This has been quite an exasperating month thus far. Trying hard to keep well and sane, the least. Never been a fan of Muse, but this one is real catchy especially after hearing it in the Crazy, Stupid Love trailer. Our hopes and expectations....something to ponder!

solo a tu lado quiero vivir
This song brings back so many memories of the time where I loved watching telenovelas. My love for telenovelas were at its peak a couple of years back. I absolutely love spanish tunes; this one is one of my fave. I tried so hard to learn and sing this song. I managed quite well I must proudly add. My fave line: el amor de mi vida eres tu!

Johann Pachelbel Canon in D
I remember during my travels in Paris some 10years ago, I heard this tune for the first time in my life. A busker near the subway station leading to the Arc de Triomphe played this on this violin. He was so awesome and I fell in love with this tune. He told me what it was called, Pachelbel Canon in D will be the tune I will use to walk down the aisle one fine day.

Carrie Underwood w/ Vince Gill How Great thou Art - Standing Ovation!
When you sing for God, you will sound like an angel.
This video was only uploading 4days ago yet it has received well over 1.6million hits (and counting). Carrie Underwood has always been my fave Idol, but here her spirits trancends towards heaven with every note. I could feel the Holy Spirit. The sheer look of adoration on the faces of her peers says it all.
Simply awesome.

Sara Bareilles - King Of Anything
My theme song; a thought to hold on as I go through a tough couple of weeks. A catchy tune with an even more awesome lyrics.
Who cares if you disagree? You are not me.
Who made you king of anything.
So, you dare tell me who to be
Who died and made you king of anything?
Who cares if you disagree? You are not me.
Who made you king of anything.
So, you dare tell me who to be
Who died and made you king of anything?

The Last Song
I watched the Last Song, a movie inspired by Nicholas Sparks' book.
He has been one of my fave young writer since uni - the day Gabriella bought me his book - Message in a Bottle. I remember staying up all night reading this book with tears in my eyes.
I still wonder how he writes women so well...he surprisingly understands women and how they feel and he puts those feelings in words.
And from those words to beautiful written books which will never fail to bring tears in your eyes. The Last Song being his latest. The movie much like the book was well written and the songs amazing. I've not been a fan of Miley Cyrus but her character - 'Ronnie' was well written; it could be cos Sparks did write the screenplay of the movie even before he finish writing the novel.
It is not only a story of first love, of coming-of-age but most importantly a story of love between a parent and a child. Only a Spark novel can demonstrate the many ways that a deeply felt relationship can break our hearts and....heal them.

I love the song - When I look at you....
Everybody needs inspiration
Everybody needs a soul
A beautiful melody
When the nights so long
Cause there is no guarantee
That this life is easy..
When my world is falling apart
When there’s no light to break up the dark
That’s when I, I…
I look at you
When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can’t
Find my way home anymore
That’s when I, I…
I look at you
When I look At You I see forgiveness
I see the truth
You love me for who I am
Like the stars Hold the moon
Right there where they belong
And I Know I’m Not Alone

Lost and insecure, you found me.
I found God
On the corner of first and Amistad
Where the west was all but won
All alone, smoking his last cigarette
I said 'where you been?' He said 'ask anything' (so I asked God)
'Where were you'?
When everything was falling apart
All my days were spent by the telephone
It never rang
And all I needed was a call
That never came
To the corner of first and Amistad
Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you? Where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me
In the end everyone ends up alone
Losing her, the only one who's ever known
Who I am, who I'm not, who I want to be
No way to know how long she will be next to me
Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you, where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me
Early morning, city breaks
I've been calling for year and years amd years and years
And you never left me no messages
You never send me no letters
You got some kind of nerve, taking all I want
Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Where were you, where were you
Lost and insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you, where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me
Why'd you have to wait?
To find me, To find me
I love this song to bits...it expresses my feelings completely.
